Massage has worked wonders for Dylan, he's been asleep for nearly two hours now! I even managed to get a nap in myself, that's a rarity!

I wanted to say a big thank you to caroline as i had a course of reflxology treatments whilst trying to get pregnant and i'm pleased to say iam expecting twins. |

| Thank you for all your help during my pregnancy. I gave birth (3 days early) after only 3 hours of labour, not bad since my first child was 26 hours,perhaps the quick labour was down to all the reflexology! Again a big thank you and good luck in all you do. |

I first had reflexology treatment with Caroline whilst pregnant with my second baby. It was a gentle treatment that was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. A wonderful experience. I had another treatment to try & kick start my labour as I was overdue. Although it wasn't an instant remedy (babies tend to arrive when THEY want) I do believe it started gentle grumblings which were slowly dilating me which resulted in a quick labour of which most of it was done at home and me delivering my baby with no complications or serious pain relief, half hour after reaching the hospital.
I have also attended Carolines Baby Massage Classes with my first baby. It was some lovely extra time and bonding for mum and newborn. So great infact that I am planning to attend a class again with my second baby. I am sure she will love it as much as her older sister did. |

| I have tried other ranges and had some irratation or reaction. I've been using the organic skin care range without any adverse effects. It doesn't have an overpowering smell like other brands. I will be ordering some more when I run out. |

| I was a fan of massage and tried a reflexology treatment on recommendation from the therapist. I'm a convert, I found it more relaxing than a back massage. It amazed me how much she was able to tell just from my feet. |

| Caroline saw me for 8 treatments for tennis elbow, the pain after the first treatment increased(as she told me it probably would)then gradually over the next few reflexology treatments it subsided and I have now regained full use and seldom have pain. A big thank you |
